Digital Products

All digital products including eBooks, downloadable guides, templates, presets, and other digital content sold on Simply Sansu are non-cancellable once the purchase has been completed and the product has been delivered or downloaded.

Due to the nature of digital products, we are unable to accept cancellations after access has been granted.

Physical Products

If physical products are offered on Simply Sansu, cancellation requests will only be accepted before the order has been shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.

Services

For photography sessions, consultations, collaborations, or any service-based bookings, cancellation requests should be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Late cancellations may be subject to partial charges depending on the work already completed and preparation involved.

Refunds After Cancellation

If a cancellation is approved, eligible refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days through the original payment method.
